How to Prepare a Sample for Submission
Use Clean, Sealed Containers
Ensure the sample is placed in a clean, sealed, and suitable container. Label the sample clearly before dispatch or drop-off.
Share the Testing Details
Provide the requested test if known, product matrix, sample description, testing objective, urgency, and reporting requirement
Submit During Working Hours
Drop off or courier the sample during working hours to support proper receipt, handling, and coordination.
Receive Confirmation
Once the sample is received, the team will confirm the job reference, testing scope, and expected timeline.
Receive Results
After testing and review, results are shared by email as a formal report or Certificate of Analysis, depending on the agreed requirement.
